To find your ring size using a paper strip method, you need to wrap a strip of paper around your finger where you want the ring to be, ensuring it's snug. Then, mark where the paper meets, and measure the distance with a ruler in millimeters. Once you have the measurement, you can check the size chart to determine your ring size.

If you prefer using an existing ring, you can download a ring sizing application like "Ring Sizer - Ring Fing" from the Apple Store or Google Play. With the app, you can place your existing ring on the screen of your phone and follow the instructions to find the ring size in millimeters.
