Australian Returns & Exchange Policy
At WITHAURA JEWELLERY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free returns and exchange process. Please read the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
Returns Policy
- Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for Australian orders.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personal care items for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper care will not be accepted for return.
- Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@withaura.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return address. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility for Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for items that are unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose to receive a refund instead.
- Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at
sales@withaura.com.au within 30 days of your order date. - Return the item to us as per the return instructions provided. Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch your exchange item.
- Return Shipping for Exchanges
- For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you.
Additional Information
- Please ensure that your return or exchange is properly packed to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.
- We also DON’T refund or exchanges on sale items.
